Sage Intacct - Smart Rules

Excited about Smart Rules! They are an amazing tool to ensure your enters data consistently and accurately. Once set up, Smart Rules jump into action, validating the data as it's entered, edited, or deleted. If everything checks out, the transaction is saved seamlessly! But if something's off, worries—the system will pop up a warning or error message to keep everything on track!

Smart Rules work by identifying bad data then they either prevent the action or warn the user.

The bad data is identified by a condition, this triggers an action as required.
